24 hr Prior to your appointment
You will receive by email a COVID-19 Health Screening check - please complete this PRIOR to your visit with us. For those who do not have email, you will receive a phone call from one of our administrative team to complete this screen form.
If you have any symptoms of COVID 19, your appointment will be cancelled – no cancellation fee will be applied. If you have symptoms of COVID 19, please visit the BC Centre for Disease Control website for further direction.
Contactless payment
All insurance billing/payment information should be communicated to our staff prior to your appointment via email or phone call. We are able to bill electronically, with e-mailed receipts to help maintain physical distancing.
We are encouraging our clients to add a credit card to their file in our secure database, so that we can process any remaining portion of your payment quickly following your treatment and minimize the number of people and contact in our clinics. Normal methods of payment will still be available within the clinic if needed - please respect the markings on the floor at our front desk to maintain physical distance with our staff.
