Massage was always part of Corinne's recovery, self-care and injury prevention approach. She practiced many sports throughout her life, and started gravitating more and more to mountain sports in her early twenties. Along the way, she had several sports injuries that pushed her to learn more about the human body and pursue a RMT career.

She massages athletes of all levels, outdoors enthusiasts and community members who are looking to improve performance, recover from an injury, general maintenance or take care of themselves! Corinne also enjoys being part of people's recovery process after an MVA.  It's very gratifying for her to hear that her clients are free from headaches, neck pain, nerve pain, have gained range of motion or achieved a health or athletic goal. Corinne is fascinated by how strong and resilient our bodies are, and she wants to facilitate connection with your body. She has taken continuing education in temporomandibular joint dysfunction rehabilitation and pain science.

In a treatment, she uses a variety of active and passive techniques, and uses little to no oil to work more closely with your facias. After a massage with Corinne, you will feel rejuvenated and relaxed.
