Andrew is a passionate and caring individual whose desire is to develop a lasting impact on his clients. His main focus is to help people achieve their goal of regaining optimal function, and living a pain-free, active lifestyle. He approaches each massage treatment with a short assessment and combines a mix of relaxation and therapeutic techniques.

Andrew grew up in Chilliwack and appreciate all that Chilliwack has to offer, so when he is not a work you can find him riding his bike, hiking the local trails or golfing on one of the many courses around town.



Camille is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. Her and her husband Nathan lived in Vermon for 2 years while she was in the program and just last year moved back to Abbotsford. Camille is a very empathetic person who has a desire to assist people in their healing process. While in training, Camille found a passion in working with headaches, migraines and neck tension. Her priorities are to help decrease pain and make her clients feel better, while providing a safe space.

In her spare time, Camille enjoys her dog, spending time with family and friends and playing sports such as fast-pitch softball. She also loves the great outdoors doing activities with her husband such as hiking, fishing, gardening and camping.



Chelsea is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Alongside school and massages, she is also a therapeutic horseback riding coach. In her spare time she enjoys outdoors to go hiking, biking and ride her horse.



Christy is a graduate of the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy. She spent 2 years in Vernon while in school and then moved back to Chilliwack to begin her career as an RMT. She has found her passion in pain management and rehabilitation specifically; headaches, shoulders and lower back. She'll always include a little self-care to do at home, so you can work together in the healing process.


In her free time, Christy enjoys both being out in nature and relaxing at home. She can often be found out hiking with a friend or playing games with her family. She loves learning new things and is always looking for ways to improve her own life, and the lives of others.

Julio is a charismatic and intuitive RMT. He is a graduate from Oxford College in Barrie, Ontario. He is passionate about helping his clients to feel better and achieve their therapeutic goals. He incorporates the use of Swedish techniques, fascial release techniques, and home care exercises to achieve the best results with his clients.


Julio is a father of three children and enjoys spending time with them. He is originally from Cali, Colombia and is so happy to now be a resident of BC. In his free time he enjoys being in nature and the outdoors!



Larissa is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. She joins our team as a Bodyworker while she awaits of her licensing exams.

She has always enjoyed mentoring and coaching others to achieve their goals. Her experiences riding horses and training at a national level highlighted for her the importance of self-care. This lead her to pursue a career in Massage Therapy in order to pass this passion on to others.

Larissa has had many experiences with pain management and is eager to assist others along the path of healing with patient-centred care using therapeutic and relaxation techniques.

In her free time, Larissa loves riding horses, dirt bikes, as well as camping and going side-by-siding in the mountains. She loves the outdoors and has a passion for animals and helping people.



Rachel graduated as an RMT from Vancouver Career College in 2014. She started working in a spa setting but quickly discovered her passion for rehabilitation work. She has grown as a therapist in the time she has been working with Intuitive Rehab Services and has a steady following of clientele.



Making people happy has always been one of Sara's things to do. However, since happiness comes from the inside, she decided to choose a career in which she could positively affect positively affect happiness as much as possible: help people feel better.

Sara graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in December of 2016. Her dedication and hard work ensured her place on the Dean's List throughout the program.

As a firm believer in self care, Sara can often be found doing one of her favourite activities, which include but are not limited to : photography, gardening, running, hiking, cycling, baking, and helping people feel better.

Simone is a recent graduate from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She joins our team as a Body Worker while she awaits writing her licensing exam. Prior to heading off to massage school, she completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree in 2016. 

Simone has a strong belief in staying functionally strong and mobile in order to do the things she loves. She is excited to start putting into practice her skills and knowledge to help others both physically and mentally.

In her free time, Simone enjoys being out in the wilderness, doing anything active, fun and adrenaline packed. If she had to pick a favourite, though, she would be out canoeing, hiking, and fishing. 



Travis started at Intuitive during his practicum (80 hours work experience) through the University of the Fraser Valley. He graduated in 2014 with a Bachelors of Kinesiology degree and joined the Intuitive team as a Kin. After 8 months, Travis had a scholarship opportunity, decided to go back to school and graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. The more he studies, the more the human body fascinates him; from a cellular level, to tissues, organs, and the body as a whole.

He has a passion to help others, and massage therapy has opened the doors to allow him to do this every day ! He is so excited to be entering into this career and continue to learn and become a better therapist.

During his down time you can find him hiking, mountain biking, camping, swimming in the Vedder River, or enjoying a good book beside it. He also enjoys some recreational volleyball and soccer, but prefers spending his time in the wilderness exploring everything Chilliwack has to offer.

A.J. completed his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology in 2012 at Fort Lewis College then went on to graduate from the Master’s of Physical Therapy program at the University of Saskatchewan in 2018. A.J.’s interests include sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, and active rehabilitation.
A.J. was previously employed as a kinesiologist at intuitive rehab and uses the skills he developed during that time to enhance exercise prescription. His clinical philosophy is directed towards education and client centered care with the believe that “motion is lotion”. This indicates that the more active we are the better we feel with our overall health, which facilitates you living your best life.

While attending Fort Lewis College A.J. also played football for the Skyhawks competing against NCAA II competition.  A.J. finished his collegiate career 29th in school history in total rushing yards. His passion for football and all sports continues as he served as the offensive coordinator for the Meadow Ridge Knights this past season. A.J. plans to continue his involvement with football here in the Fraser Valley.

Angela F.

Angela graduated with her B.Sc. in Physiotherapy from UBC in 2002.  Angela has worked in private practice for over 17 years now treating all orthopedic injuries, including sports, ICBC and WCB injuries.  Angela has continued to take more courses since graduating, becoming certified in  2005 in Acupuncture through CACFI.  As well she has completed manual therapy level 2 lower and level 3 upper extremity.  In 2016 Angela completed the Gunn IMS course for dry needling.

In addition to her job as a physiotherapist, Angela has a passion for long-distance triathlon.  She finished two full Ironman distance races before she had children.  She still regularly competes in a couple half Ironman distance races per year in addition to standard distance triathlon races.  She also competes in a variety of running distances on both the road and trail.  Angela is also passionate about her two children and husband.  Together they enjoy hiking, biking, downhill skiing and generally any outdoor activity.  

Angela feels strongly about helping people find an activity that they enjoy to get them moving no matter what it is.  She enjoys encouraging activity and regular exercise to help people recover and achieve their full potential. 


Angela W.

Angela graduated from the Physical Therapy program at the University of British Columbia in 2003 and has been working in private practice ever since. She joined the team at Intuitive in 2015, following a move back to her hometown of Chilliwack. 

She has treated a wide variety of clients over the years, and believes that educating her clients is one of the most valuable tools she can offer in helping them achieve success in their rehabilitation. 

Angela also enjoys her other role as a sessional instructor at UFV, where she teaches a sports injuries course in the Kinesiology department.



Blair completed his bachelor’s Degree in biology in 2012 at Minot State University then went on to complete his Master’s Degree in physical therapy at the University of Manitoba in 2016.  Blair is interest in Manual Therapy, Pain Science, and Exercise Therapy. 

Blair aims to empower people that he works with and give them the tools they need to get rid of their pain, utilizing and active and functional approach to optimize your movement.

While attending Minot State University Blair also played Football, which helped develop his interest in weight lifting and exercise.  He aims to practice what he preaches and continuously is refining his exercises that he prescribes at the gym.  He also enjoyed spending his time Hiking, Biking and Canoeing in Manitoba and is excited to pursue these activities in B.C.

Graduated from Queen’s University in 1986 with a Bachelor in physiotherapy.  Over her 35 year career she has gained experience in a wide range of settings such as hospitals, extended care units, home health and rehab centres.  Isabelle’s main focus is helping people regain and maintain quality of life while dealing with chronic conditions.

She has had an advanced personal yoga practice to manage life’s stresses since 2006.  This hobby grew into a passion that lead her to take her RYT-200 (200 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher Certification) and Yin/Chakra certification in summer of 2017.

In March 2016, a tragic water accident rendered her husband a quadriplegic.  Through this personal experience of trauma and rehabilitation, Isabelle’s yoga practice deepened and evolved into a whole new way of practicing physiotherapy.  She is inspired to use yoga as her main treatment modality.

No matter your age or circumstance, her goal is to keep you moving so that you can live your life to the fullest.


Mary has lived in Chilliwack for 40 years and has seen tremendous growth in the healthcare service sector during that time. She has worked in many settings including Hospital, Home Health, ElderCare management and has owned her own clinic.


Ross was born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. He completed his Physiotherapy degree at Wits University in 1990. He has since worked in hospital and private practice and has enjoyed a wide range of interesting experiences. He and his family moved to Canada in 2007. 

He is interested in pain management and how it relates to function. In his spare time he enjoys music, photography and history. He is married with 4 children.

Alex graduated as Valedictorian with a Bachelor’s in Physical Education & Coaching and a Specialization in Kinesiology at Douglas College in 2015. At Douglas, Alex was mentored in the fields of Athletic Therapy, Strength & Conditioning, and Research in Exercise Physiology. Once graduated, he carved a path into Strength & Conditioning Coaching as well as an ICBC Service Provider for Injury Rehabilitation as a BCAK practicing Kinesiologist. After experiencing a career ending shoulder injury as a Baseball pitcher, Alex focused his continuing education on joint specific rehabilitation. This led him to become a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility & Assessment Specialist.


Alex’s passion is to assess movement and mobility quality at its most basic level, and truly understand the capacity for an individuals joints to move. It is through this process Alex aims to educate healthy movement mechanics, and expand functional movement quality and awareness. Alex has experience creating and coaching Strength & Mobility programs for all ages and ability levels through Functional Health and Fitness practices as a Personal Trainer, Kinesiologist, and Movement and Mobility Specialist. Alex enjoys spending time walking and biking with his wife and two active young daughters at the Vedder River and Cultus lake, playing and coaching baseball, watching the Canucks, and jamming on his guitar.

Alanna obtained a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia Okanagan. She graduated with a focus in Clinical Exercise Physiology and is a Practicing Member with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. While completing her degree, Alanna ran cross country, was involved in student life on campus, and completed a Global Exchange in New Zealand. Alanna has experience working with individuals of all ages and abilities through her work as a lifeguard and volunteer commitments with the YMCA and Special Olympics. Alanna is enthusiastic about continuing education and research in the community. Her currently involved in a pilot data collection and research publication looking at trauma-informed sport intervention. 


Alanna is passionate about public education, healthy living and helping members of the community enhance the quality of their functional movements and practical abilities. In her spare time, Alanna enjoys exploring the outdoors, running, climbing, traveling and spending time with her friends and family. 



Andrea is a Registered Kinesiologist with Intuitive Rehabilitation Services. Andrea has been a practicing member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists since 2008 and a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP) since 2006. She received her Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a specialization in Exercise Science and minor in Psychology from UBC in 2004. Prior to joining the team at Intuitive, Andrea was Manager of Health & Fitness at the Chilliwack Family YMCA from 2006-2012. Andrea has vast experience working with people of all ages and all abilities, from teens and youth to older adults, general population and those with special considerations for exercise.

The design, capacity and resiliency of the human body fascinate Andrea; she is passionate about helping people understand in practical and functional ways how their body works whether through rehabilitation or goals to improve health and fitness. Throughout her career in the field, Andrea has taken countless courses and workshops to help her bring knowledge to her clients in more tangible ways on topics such as: cardiovascular rehabilitation & exercise, pregnancy, nutrition, sport specific, functional movement, posture and rehabilitation.

Andrea enjoys cycling, both on the road and in the mountains, and taking advantage of the great outdoors of the Fraser Valley. She continues to volunteer at the Chilliwack Family YMCA as a Fitness Instructor in addition to training, mentoring and certifying new Fitness Instructors for the YMCA. She currently lives in Chilliwack, BC with her husband and two energetic girls.



Carolyn oversees our Whole-istic Program after a lifetime of experience in running Healthy Hearts and other additional programs. She has a fitness background and a commitment to her clients that is unwavering.

When Carolyn is not with us in the clinic, you can find her rescuing animals and walking her dog Bella. 



Cylie is a Rehabilitation Assistant who obtained her BCRPA Personal Training Certification while working under OT/Owner Michelle prior to transitioning to a Rehabilitation Assistant. She enjoys working alongside individuals in all walks of life and helping people keep active so they can achieve all of their goals. 


Outside of work Cylie enjoys keeping active at the gym and summiting mountain peaks as well as snowboarding, biking and spending her free time with friends and family. 



Emma obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation and a certificate in Health and Fitness Studies from Simon Fraser University. While attending SFU, she volunteered as a research assistant where she investigated changes in cardiac function in response to exercise following a spinal cord injury. She also volunteered at a physiotherapy clinic for individuals with neurological conditions and has worked as a physiotherapist assistant. Working with a variety of physical abilities has helped Emma value an individualized approach to exercise prescription and rehabilitation. Emma believes exercise should be accessible to everyone and strives to provide clients with the means to return to work, participate in sports, or perform activities of daily living. Emma is an outdoor enthusiast, outside of work you can find her camping, hiking, or trail running.



Jade completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at the University of the Fraser Valley. While attending university she volunteered at multiple clinics to gain further knowledge in her field, which lead to her to have a passion for kinesiology and physiotherapy.

Outside of work, Jade is a spin class addict and loves going for walks with her two dogs. She has always had a passion for health and fitness and is always striving to better herself and those around her.

Jasmine graduated with a Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley while specializing in Exercise Science. In school she had been mentored in Strength and Conditioning, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Sport Nutrition and Athletic Rehabilitation. Since graduation she has taken a special interest in Neurological Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, and Aquatic Therapy. 

Jasmine has experience programming and coaching people of all ages and abilities! She is passionate about helping others achieve their goals in rehabilitation, fitness, and athletic performance. 


Outside of work you can find Jasmine spending most of her free time powerlifting, kayaking, hiking and camping.

John is a kinesiology graduate from the University of the Fraser Valley, where he graduated with an Exercise Science specialization. It was his love for soccer that encouraged him to explore the field of Kinesiology. He values people’s needs and loves to help them reach their goals in life, both in the clinic and in his personal life.

John is originally from Italy moving to Canada in 2015.  When not working, he loves to spend time with his fiancé to whom he will be getting married this summer. He also volunteers as a youth leader, and enjoys playing sports and exploring nature. 


Kevin obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2014. As a kinesiologist at Intuitive rehabilitation, Kevin develops specialized exercise programs for the rehabilitation of a wide variety of injuries and disabilities. He has completed several additional courses retailed to field of rehabilitation as well as the Matheson Functional Capacity Evaluation. Kevin has a passion for helping people achieve their full potential. Out of the clinic, Kevin is a personal trainer and embodies fitness, health, and wellness as integral part of his life. He enjoys weight training, running, cycling, and snowboarding.


Mitch graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelors of Kinesiology in Exercise and Sports Studies.  As an import to BC, being surrounded by real mountains motivates him to get outside as much as possible, especially when water is involved.  He has been a member of the Canadian Forces for the past 9 years as a Naval Reservist, this motivates him to work with veterans and other Canadian Forces members.  He is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CPT), so you can often find him running by the river with his favourite fur nephew Rufus.


Prabh completed his Sport Science & Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching Degree, with a specialization in Kinesiology, from Douglas College. He is currently a Practicing Member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. Prabh holds additional certifications and accreditations through the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program of Canada), BCRPA (British Columbia Recreations and Parks Association) and High Five - Principles of Healthy Childhood Development.  

During his studies, Prabh gained a keen interest in exercise physiology, integrated movement analysis, sport nutrition, sport psychology and the role these elements play in active rehabilitation. Through the incorporation of these principles into aspects of his own practice, he was able to gain valuable experience and success when working with clients across a vast spectrum of populations, abilities and unique functions. 

When not helping clients achieve their rehabilitative goals, Prabh enjoys spending time hiking and camping through the great outdoors with his wife and their two energetic dogs. 


Robin obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of the Fraser Valley with a specialization in Exercise Science. While attending university, she worked as a behaviour interventionist for a deafblind child who was also born with underdeveloped muscle tone. This experience further ignited her passion for providing movement opportunities for individuals of diverse ages and abilities.


Outside of work, Robin enjoys giving back to her community as a soccer coach. She also enjoys playing soccer at the premier level. When she’s not in the clinic or on the soccer pitch, you can find Robin in the mountains skiing, mountain biking or hiking. 


Robin’s career goal is to attend the Master of Physiotherapy program at UBC in order to contribute further to her community.

Dr. D'Anne Howes

Dr. D’Anne Howes has been a Registered Psychologist in British Columbia since 1998. She has worked in private practice and with organizations such as Health Canada for over 20 years. In her early years, she worked at Orion Health proving intake, assessment and medical/psychological reports for client’s suffering from chronic pain. Focal areas included: interdisciplinary case management; individual therapy, biofeedback; mindfulness/relaxation training; pain management; psycho-educational groups; and return to work planning and implementation.

Dr. Howes utilizes various different treatment strategies including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and she is also trained in EMDR frequently utilized for post-traumatic stress disorder treatment. She has experience working with veterans and other service and military personnel including RCMP. Additionally, with personal and marriage counseling.

Dr. D’Anne’s clinical focus has evolved to include a holistic and interdisciplinary focus on treatment, which examines all aspects of a person’s life that play a role in promoting physical and mental wellness. In her clinical practice, she specializes in injury recovery, depression, anxiety, stress/trauma, PTSD, adjustment to parenting, women’s health, marriage counselling, chronic disease/pain management, and geriatric care.



Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling from Trinity Western University and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has worked in non-profit and private practice settings for the past 12 years supporting adolescents, families and individuals. Kelly is EMDR trained.  

Kelly approaches the counseling process with compassion, warmth, and respect; honouring the vulnerability and courage required in allowing oneself to be ‘seen’, and believing in the capacity of each individual to grow, heal, and change.

Alex completed her BSc in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. Her interest in providing a holistic approach to rehabilitation inspired her to pursue her MSc in Occupational Therapy at Dalhousie University. As an engaged lifelong learner, Alex has taken numerous continuing education courses and holds certificates in motivational interviewing, ergonomics, return to work coaching, chronic pain management and trauma-informed care.

With a diverse background in physical and mental health, Alex has worked with a variety of individuals of all ages, in both public and private settings. She is passionate about supporting individuals to improve their health, function and quality of life.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, running, being out in nature and spending quality time with her dog and loved ones.

Alyson received her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Victoria. She has experience in private practice as well as almost 10 years working in Community Mental Health & Substance Use and Home & Community Care. Alyson has a passion for mental health and supporting clients in their recovery. She prides herself on providing collaborative and holistic client centred care.


In her spare time Alyson enjoys spending time with her husband and two young kids. She loves to spend time outdoors including hiking, camping, walking her dog and scuba diving, as well as travelling internationally when able to do so.

Ashlee received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Western Ontario, following completion of a B.Sc in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. She began her career working in forensic mental health in Ontario, before following a lifelong dream of moving to the west coast. She has worked both in the hospital and in the community with clients with serious mental health issues, addictions, and brain injury; providing assessments, goal planning, and training in independent living skills. 


In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, running, yoga, and volunteering with a dog rescue.



Ashley has completed her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta after completing her BA with a Major in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley.  Ashley has experience within acute care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs, and community private practice. She has completed additional courses related to chronic pain management, anxiety and stress management, depression, goal planning, return to work planning, ergonomics, concussion management and cognitive rehab.

In her free time she enjoys yoga, and chasing after her son (and spouse) in many outdoor activities. 



Bailey received her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2010 at the University of British Columbia after completing her Bachelor of Art, Social Science, Human Services Certificate at Trinity Western University. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including; yearly attendance at the Pacific Coast Brain Injury Conference, BSCOT Executive Functioning Workshop, Treating and Litigating in the Face of Psychological Overlay, Assessing & Implementing Home Modifications for the Injured Worker through WorkSafe BC, The Anatomy of a Brain Injury Case and many more.

Bailey enjoys spending her free time with her two children and husband in Langley, BC.

Barb has 20 years of experience as an OT, with a strong focus on mental health and recovery.  Barb enjoys spending time with her friends and family, and especially with her son.  Barb likes to make good use of the opportunities nature offers right here in Chilliwack; she likes to hike; do trail riding on her bike, and go out “glamping”.  Barb just bought a beautiful lot at the Glen at Maple Falls and is very excited to start spending time chillaxing there.



After graduating with a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University, Christie left her busy Ontario life for the west coast to pursue her passion of healthy living and helping others. 

Christie has previously worked at Abbotsford and Chilliwack Hospital where she worked closely with patients helping them through their acute physical and psychological recovery journey. She also has experience in acute stroke and inpatient rehabilitation, community mental health, and vocational rehabilitation.

At Intuitive Rehab, Christie enjoys working one on one with clients, assisting them achieve their personal goals and strategies for living meaningful lives in the community through the means that BC offers. She continually seeks new knowledge and evidence to help her clients see positive changes throughout their recovery and supporting them return to work and daily life.

When she is not working, she enjoys snowboarding, camping, swimming, and cooking.



Elizabeth was born and raised in Nova Scotia and received her Bachelors in Kinesiology with a minor in Dance from the University of Calgary. In 2006, she headed back east to get her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University. Elizabeth found her place in private practice working with children and families with diverse challenges in Alberta. Her family is on a new adventure in Chilliwack and she is looking forward to working with new clients at Intuitive Rehab Services. She is excited for the extended gardening season and all the outdoor opportunities the Fraser Valley has to offer.


Jenny completed her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of British Columbia. Prior to Occupational Therapy she completed her Bachelor of Physical Education and Recreation, concentrating in adapted physical activity at the University of Alberta. As an Occupational Therapist she has a passion for supporting individuals along their journey towards health and wellness. She has completed numerous continuing education courses covering topics including concussion management, return to work best practices, chronic pain management, and trauma informed practices.

Jenny spends her free time running in the mountains and playing with her dog, an energetic husky-cross.


Jenny-Marie grew up in Langley and spent 3.5 years living in the western arctic. She studied fine art at Emily Carr University of art and design, and she loves to paint and play the piano. Jenny-Marie worked for 5 years as a behaviour interventionist and special education assistant for kids with disabilities during the school year; and then during the summer would work as a tree planter and tree planting foreman in bush camps in northern B.C. She loves to be outside, especially hiking and camping. Jenny-Marie is currently pursuing her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney in Australia.


Lana obtained a BSc in Physiology, Microbiology and Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia in 2005 before completing an MSc in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2009.  She has been working in private practice since 2009 with a focus on ICBC, WorkSafe BC, Extended Health insurance, VAC, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Cost of Future Care Assessments and privately funded treatment.   She is a member of COTBC and CAOT and has completed ongoing training related to cognitive, physical and mental health rehabilitation.  She has given evidence as an expert witness for the Supreme Court of Canada. 


I completed my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University in 2019. Prior to that, I completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Acadia University. From my fieldwork placements, I have gained experience in return to work and acute care settings. I had the opportunity to play Ringette for team Nova Scotia in the 2015 Canada Winter Games that took place in BC. During my time at Acadia University, I played on the women’s Hockey and Field Hockey Teams. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports, hiking, running and reading.


Marie received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at Queen’s University. Prior to OT, she completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Athletic Therapy at Trinity Western University. Marie has been a part of the Intuitive team since 2011, initially working as a kinesiologist. Through these experiences, her interests in personalized and holistic rehabilitation plans grew, and she returned to school to expand her skills. Since then, Marie continues to seek continuing education opportunities in order to better serve clients. She is passionate about meeting people where they are at, assisting them to set realistic goals, and supporting overall wellness in their lives so they can move forward. She enjoys working with a wide variety of clients, and is particularly interested in head injuries and orthopedics.


Outside of work, you can find her in the barn with cows and chickens, walking along vedder river, spending time with family, swimming, and attempting to cook.  


When individuals experience disability and impairment it creates stress and a loss in occupational performance and roles. Many times life unravels and we lose a sense of who we are and what we are supposed to be engaging in. As an Occupational Therapist, Michelle's number one passion and goal is to assist with identifying barriers and obstacles and promoting increasing function through use of occupations. She facilitate's her clients to find a heathy balance of  activities, to find healthy coping strategies and an improved sense of perceptions so that they can succeed in their goals and move forwards with wellness. She knows that no single treatment approach is right for everyone and so she has educated herself in many different treatment techniques and programs to assist each client in the best way possible. Michelle has obtained many certifications and courses and sincerely enjoys expanding her treatment options with regular educational course attendance.

Michelle founded Intuitive Rehabilitation Services in 2005 and is extremely proud of the company and the services we provide. She has been elected to be a Supreme Court of British Columbia expert in Occupational Therapy, and is trained in treating psychosocial, orthopaedic and traumatic brain injuries. She is passionate about the work and outcomes that she is able to achieve in this role. Outside of work time, she enjoys reading, dancing, paddle boarding, kayaking, exercising, snow boarding and playing ninjas with her three active boys.


Natasha graduated from UBC in 2014 with a Bachelors Degree Majoring in Kinesiology and Minoring in Psychology. During her undergraduate degree she volunteered at ICORD’s adapted Psychical Activity Research Centre along with Canucks Autism Network. Her volunteer work and passion for helping others inspired her to pursue a career in health care. She graduated from the University of Alberta’s Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2017. After returning from school she spent the first years of her career working in public health in both acute care and out-patient settings where she developed a passion for neurological rehabilitation and has sought out ongoing educational opportunities in order to better support her clients along their physical and mental recovery. 


When Natasha’s not at work she can usually be found hiking, camping, snowshoeing, or climbing in the mountains with her camera in hand. To balance out the activity she spends long hours baking, crafting, or sitting on airplanes.


Shaina received her Occupational Therapy degree from Dalhousie University in 2011. She is passionate about being able to assist people back to their daily activities and specializes in stress and anxiety programs. Shaina enjoys working with both mental health and brain injury files. 

In Shaina's spare time she loves taking care of a vegetable garden and cooking. She has lived overseas (Israel) before going into her career as an occupational therapist. She loves hiking/canoeing/being outdoors and has been practicing yoga since 2009 and find it to be a very important part of her life.


Shereen received her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2010 from UBC after completing her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of the Fraser Valley. She enjoys the wide variety of clients she is privileged to meet and working with them to achieve their goals. 


When she is not working she enjoys cycling, field hockey, going to the gym, and trying to keep up with her twin girls.


Rachel is joining Intuitive Rehab Services after a move from Manitoba. She completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Manitoba and has previous OT experience in pediatrics. 


Rachel enjoys spending her free time travelling, hiking, biking and hanging with family and friends.

Dr. Otano

Jose Otano completed his bachelor degrees in kinesiology in 2013 at University of the Fraser Valley, then after three years went on to complete his doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. His interests included sports rehabilitation, diversified chiropractic adjusting technique, extremity adjusting, nutrition and active rehabilitation. 

Before his start at Palmer Chiropractic West, he was previously employed as a kinesiologist at intuitive rehab for three years and raised to the position of head kinesiologist . This is were he developed his skills in exercise prescription and confidence in educating his clients.

After completing his bachelor degree at UFV he completed an internship with the BC Lions during the 2013 season. He developed the love of sports rehabilitation and learned from athletic trainers, strength and conditioning coaches and sports doctors.

Dr. Brad

Brad graduated from Trinity Western University with a Kinesiology degree from their Human Kinetics department. After TWU he continued at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California. Throughout his time in Chiropractic school he learned different Chiropractic adjusting techniques and was also certified in Functional Movement Systems, Functional Range Conditioning, and manual muscle release techniques, Functional Range Release; all of which have increased his knowledge and passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions and movement deficiencies of the spine and extremities.

While attending TWU he played for the men’s volleyball team and was also a member of the Canadian Junior National team. He enjoys many types of fitness and training, to keep his body functioning and healthy.

Vanessa is a Registered Dietitian (#1298) with the College of Dietitians of BC. Vanessa has a background in Nutrition and Kinesiology, holding Bachelor degrees in both. With a passion for people, nutrition and exercise, she works to create small, manageable changes that result in a healthier, longer-lasting lifestyle. Vanessa holds a high level of professionalism and strives in a collaborative approach. With experience in various Dietetics fields, including Foodservice Management, Sports, Clinical and Private Practice, Vanessa brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Using motivational interviewing techniques, a personalize approach and providing evidenced-based information, clients continue to return with satisfaction.

Kristin is a Registered Dietitian with private practice experience including providing individualized nutrition counselling, group presentations, Nutrition Tours for Save-On-Foods, and nutrition care for eating disorders.  She has a passion for nutrition education and believes that improving your nutrition needs to be practical and maintainable.  She hopes to inspire healthy eating and encourage nutritious food choices with a balanced, wellness-focused, non-diet approach.  Kristin loves cooking and developing delicious recipes!  

In her free time she is hanging out with her husband and 3 teenagers and she enjoys hiking, biking, running, and reading.

Angela was born and raised in Manitoba. She graduated from high school in 1986, majoring in Cosmetology. Angela has been providing cleaning services for 35+ years and it brings her a lot of joy in helping others feel a little healthier.


Angela has been a volunteer for the Air Cadets and Boy Scouts and in her free time she enjoys hiking, biking, horseback-riding, baking, and exploring all the beautiful places B.C. has to offer.. Most of all, she loves spending time with her husband, 2 Boys, 2 Daughter-in-Laws, her 4 precious grandchildren, and going for walks with her dog Chase.

Brittany joins our team with 16 years of customer service experience and 6 years of admin and tech experience. She has always been interested in the Healthcare Field, computers and software. 


She is a go-getter and always strives to do her best in everything she does, she loves to help others and always likes to get her tasks done promptly.

When Brittany isn't at work, she has two amazing children to keep her company. Her little family loves to go camping, swimming or just being at home watching movies together. She loves to unwind by reading books, listening to music or drawing.



Candace joins the Intuitive Team after spending the last 10 years in the administrative field - her most recent 3 years in Payroll and Human Resources. She completed her Payroll Compliance Legislation and Human Resources Certificates through the Canadian Payroll Association. Some of her focuses over the last 3 years have been in employee relations, policy and procedure development, on-boarding and maintenance of employment standards. As soon as she dipped her toe in the world of people management, she knew this was the path for her.

When Candace isn't at work, you can find her at an ice rink with her husband watching her boys play hockey or at a shopping mall with her daughter. She loves crafting, travelling with her family and a hot cup of coffee.



Cassidy was born and raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba but always dreamed of living near the mountains. In 2017, Cassidy made her new home here in Chilliwack. In her spare time, you can find Cassidy relaxing at home or anywhere near the beautiful water this province has to offer. Cassidy has an admiration for the health and wellness of others and strives to leave patients with a lasting impression and a positive attitude.



Gayle has been working in the Customer Service Industry for 30 plus years. A couple of years ago Gayle and her husband decided to downsize and move to Garrison Crossing. Along with the excitement of a new home and new community, came a new job at the front desk at Intuitive and another opportunity to help people.

Hannah is a born and raised BC body. She loves anything that gets her outside and gets her heart pumping. Among the endless list of personal goals, she hopes to fulfill one of her biggest dreams of becoming a licensed sky diver. 


A few more things that gets her heart pumping are her family, friends, her adventuring guinea pig named Goose, and photography. 


Not only is Hannah is beyond thankful for this new adventure and opportunity but she truly cannot wait to be apart of the Intuitive team. Onward and upward... or in her case, free falling to the target point! 



Isabella recently moved back to her home town of Chilliwack after living in Calgary for 5 years to be closer to family. She has been working in customer service and administration for 12 years. When she’s not helping the OT’s at the clinic you can find her spending time with her baby boy, and two dogs. On weekends she enjoys cooking and baking delicious treats



Jagvinder joined as our front end administrative manager in November 2017. She is a calm, professional, dedicated, detail oriented and a problem solving maven with the kindest soul. Jag is coming to us with 10 years of working in this industry in many different capacities as she continued to develop her strong sense of leadership through rolling up her sleeves and getting in there with her team, which is so crucial in being a successful leader.


When not working at the clinic, Jagvinder is spending her time with her loving husband and 3 beautiful children and their adorable family dog named Charlie. Jagvinder is also quite the chef and makes the most amazing meals and often spoils the girls at the front with some of her amazing cooking.



Jenelle joined the team as Finance Manager, overseeing all aspects of the financial department. She came to Intuitive with extensive experience in finance control operations and employee stats calculations. She is passionate about numbers and the clarity they provide and inspires the team towards best practices in financial management. 

When not at work 'crunching the numbers', Jenelle enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 young children or sipping on a cup of tea.



Katherine started working at Intuitive Rehab Services in 2015 and quickly moved up to an administrative assistant role working directly with OT/Owner Michelle. Katherine is married with two sons and enjoys crafting and being with her family.

Kayla joins us on our OTA team while she finishes her final semester of school in Brisbane, Australia to complete her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Queensland.

Prior to Occupational Therapy, Kayla completed a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology. Kayla has previous work and volunteer experience with children and youth with disabilities. Her most recent role being a Job Coach for an employment program, which was aimed at easing the transition to adulthood for youth with disabilities and mental health challenges.


When she is not working, Kayla enjoys a trip to the beach (whether that be by car or plane), hiking with her pup and spending time with family and friends!

Laura moved to Chilliwack from Cloverdale in 2017.  Laura loves the outdoors, riding her bike and going for walks along the dike in Chilliwack. She enjoys golfing with her husband and friends and is an animal lover with 2 cats. 



Lori has been working in the health care industry for over 5 years as an administrative assistant. She is enthusiastic about helping facilitate clients get the care they need and getting to know them, all while helping the front desk run smoothly. In June 2019 she graduated from UFV with her Bachelor of General Studies.

She grew up in Coquitlam and has been living in Chilliwack since 2007. Lori lives with her husband, 2 children, dogs Teddy and Penny and their ginger cat Gilbert. When not at work Lori loves to read, knit and quilt with her daughter. She also loves to cook and bake (as long as it’s her idea).



Rima joined the Intuitive Team  in Spring of 2018. Originally from Lithuania, Rima moved to London, England in 2000. There, she gained 10 years experience in a medical field in Private London Bridge Hospital. She started working as an Administrator of an Imaging Department and then become a Healthcare assistant.

In the Summer of 2017, Rima, her husband and their two young boys made the big move from London all the way to Chilliwack. When Rima is not at work she can be found alongside her husband supporting her two boys playing the sports they adore -Soccer and Tennis, or biking along the river to explore her new town, or hiking through the mountains. 



Sam has been with Intuitive Rehab Services for 2 years, beginning as front desk reception and is now working in our Accounting Department.  

When she is not busy working away on billing at the clinic she loves spending time with her husband, her family back home on Vancouver Island, and her friends.  She may also have a very serious Starbucks addiction… you hardly ever see her without a Starbucks cup in hand.  



Shannon joined the Intuitive team within in the Finance Department. After having been in both Health Care and Administrative fields for over 10 years, Shannon has worked in both private and public Health Care settings. Shannon prides herself on being organized, detail oriented and strives to execute Best Practice on a daily basis.


Away from work Shannon enjoys spending time with her three teenage daughters, running, skiing and hiking with her dog.



Taelor graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a certificate as a Health Unit Coordinator. Healthcare is an undying passion for her just as the health, and well-being of those in her life has always been a top priority. With the drive to learn more in the health field, she couldn’t be more fortunate and happy to be part of the Intuitive Rehab Services team! 


Although she grew up as a Langley girl, she feels welcomed, at home and comfortable in Chilliwack with her boyfriend. With the mountains, trails, and lakes as close as they are now, adventure has become a weekly routine for her.

Vanessa graduated with her Administrative Diploma and has worked in various Administrative roles for the past 10 years. She enjoys keeping a busy environment organized and going above and beyond to make sure clients have their needs met. 


Vanessa grew up in Abbotsford but moved to Australia in 2014 for 4 years where she got married. She has a passion for travelling all over the world with her husband and visiting family in Italy, Australia and Mexico. Chilliwack is her home now where she enjoys spending time with her dog, 2 cat and 4 horses; enjoying the beautiful outdoors that we are so lucky to have.
