Your visit to our clinic might look

a bit different. Here's what to expect

These steps were developed to adhere and surpass governmental and associations guidelines for reopening of health clinics.

24 hr Prior to your appointment

You will receive by email a COVID-19 Health Screening check - please complete this PRIOR to your visit with us. For those who do not have email, you will receive a phone call from one of our administrative team to complete this screen form.

If you have any symptoms of COVID 19, your appointment will be cancelled – no cancellation fee will be applied. If you have symptoms of COVID 19, please visit the BC Centre for Disease Control website for further direction.

Contactless payment

All insurance billing/payment information should be communicated to our staff prior to your appointment via email or phone call. We are able to bill electronically, with e-mailed receipts to help maintain physical distancing.

We are encouraging our clients to add a credit card to their file in our secure database, so that we can process any remaining portion of your payment quickly following your treatment and minimize the number of people and contact in our clinics. Normal methods of payment will still be available within the clinic if needed - please respect the markings on the floor at our front desk to maintain physical distance with our staff.

On the day of your appointment

Appointment Check-in & Entering the clinic:

Please remain in your vehicle until your scheduled appointment time and either call our front desk or use one of the self-check in methods

When your therapist is ready, you will be called by our front desk staff to enter our clinic through the closest entrance to your treatment room.

Please Do not bring guests to your appointment.

If you have a non- medical or medical face mask, please wear your mask.

Immediately wash hands in the bathroom or use the sanitation station available upon entrance.

Treatment Session:

We have adjusted our appointment times so proper sanitization and readiness to welcome the next patient is accommodated for. Should your practitioners require you to wear a mask they will provide you one upon entrance into the clinic/treatment room.

You will be asked to complete a point of care health screen with your therapist at the start of your treatment. If you are wearing a mask, you may continue to wear your face mask during your appointment based on your level of safety and comfort. Please do NOT wear your mask on your chin, below your nose, or on your forehead if you wish to remove it.

If you need to touch/itch your face, sneeze or cough, please use tissues available in our clinics.

Your appointments will begin and end as scheduled and include hand washing, discussion, your consent to proceed, assessment and treatment.

We encourage you to re-book your next appointment directly with your practitioner if possible. .

We ask that when your appointment is finished you promptly wash or sanitize your hands and get dressed if necessary. If you need to use the washroom, your therapist will wait outside the washroom door to sanitize surfaces when you exit the room.

We ask you to exit our clinics through the nearest exit to minimize contact with our staff.

We all thank you for your patience and co-operation during this time.
